Refund Policy

Eligibility window

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase if the service has not been substantially used.

How to request

Send your request from the account email to support@couponbecho.com with your order reference and reason for the request.

Review process

Requests are reviewed in order of receipt. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.

Non-refundable cases

Renewal charges, partial billing periods, or accounts with significant completed usage may not qualify for a refund.
